• Fridays & Sundays-$3,200 
•   May and October:
• Saturdays-$2,500
• Fridays & Sundays- $2,200 
•   November-April: 
• Friday, Saturday, or Sunday -$1500 

Rates are for one day 11:30am-11:30pm. A one and a half hour wedding rehearsal is included in the rental and generally done on a Thursday due to Friday weddings. Rehearsal dinners are not allowed unless our facility is additionally rented due to clean-up and liability issues.

•  -  Ample Parking
•  -  Indoor 72'x40' banquet and dance area with a food prep area (equipped with sink, cooler, and freezer)
•  -  200 chairs for a reception
•  -  200 chairs for the ceremony 
•  -  25 5ft. round, 1 4ft. round, and 10 6 ft. rectangle tables
•  -  Table linens (white, ivory, black, or burgundy)
•  -  Full use of park area (May through October) 
•  -  Use of "The Hitchin' Post" Saloon (May through October) 
•  -  Bridal lounge/ changing area
•  -  Grooms lounge/ chaning area 
•  -  Set-up and take-down of tables & chairs
•  -  Clean in-ground restrooms

**** Additional Services are available such as rental items and floral décor.
